Digital Media Manager
Group C Digital islooking for a Digital Media Manager who can join the team and make animmediate impact.
Media services is thecenter of our customer operations and is the driving force behind our campaign execution, analysis, reporting, and account growth. Through our customer-focused approach to digital media management, we provide above-and-beyond customer service to agencies, advertisers, and media-buying professionals. The Digital Media Manager at Group C Digital has an opportunity to manage a small team of digital marketers and oversee media buying strategy, execution and reporting.
Candidates for thisposition must possess a background in digital media buying and planning, a passion for technology and comfortability with data and numbers. The ideal candidate has experience motivating a team to achieve objectives and has hands-on-keyboard experience with various digital media platforms. This candidate may have experience at an advertising agency in client service or digital media buying/planning.
Theposition is directly responsible for overseeing the digital media team, managing reporting dashboard setup and accuracy, new business onboarding processes and digital media performance. The ideal candidate will have experience achieving KPIs, customerrelationship management and be able to identify business opportunities and grow them into long-standing, profitable partnerships built on superb results and top-notch communication. Candidate must be located in Des Moines, IA metro and have the ability to work in an office setting during normal business hours weekdays and be able to meet local clients in person as needed.
Responsibilities:
Team Manager
- Directly manage a team of three in daily tasks and assignments
- Encourage team accuracy and efficiency by maintaining SOPs for routine tasks
- Grow team skills by meeting with team members often to provide feedback on quality of work and answer questions
- Help team prioritize daily and weekly tasks based on the current state of business
Campaign Management
- Lead the media team in creation and execution of digital advertising efforts
- Monitor conversion tracking to ensure consistent advertising presence & accurate reporting
- Manage day-to-day paid media buys, including campaign analysis and performance monitoring
- Deliver actionable audience and optimization-based insights
- Understand performance objectives, develop paid media strategies to meet, or exceed, them
Testing & Innovation
- Construct testing plan and execute on-going tests within advertising channels to assess targeting, bidding & content strategies
- Work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure user experience throughout the purchase funnel is aiding conversion
- Keep daily tabs on industry trends and serve as a subject matter expert internally
Cross FunctionalCollaboration
- Work with client contacts to understand goals, address partner needs, and communicate results and insights
- Own the reporting and analysis process with the media team
- Work with teams to design and implement new digital media capabilities
Qualifications
· Total comfort with technology and dataanalysis
· Strong mathematical and organizationalskills
· Ability to solve complex problems andwork with intricate systems
· Comfortably navigate Google Analytics, GoogleAds, Paid Social Channels, DSPs, and related technology

About You
· BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business orCommunications
· Minimum 3+ years of digital advertising,media planning, and/or digital strategist desired
· Demonstrated knowledge of Google Ads andother online and social paid media management platforms
· Experience managing large paid mediabudgets
· Experience managing a small group of teammembers
· Proactive mindset and the ability to meetmultiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment
· Experience with Google Tag Manager andother tracking tools
